Universal Update notifications on site (paid $$$)

Hey all,

Looking for a dev to create a plugin that looks at what plugins you have on your server, what version it is, what the latest version is and output it onto a website database.

This plugin is quite similar to Wulfs "Updater for Rust Experimental | Oxide" plugin but would allow us to display on our website so we can quickly see if a plugin is out of date or not without being ingame or in console.
