Unexpected NetMessageType error spam

Hi,

in my console, I am random and constantly getting this two messages:
"[SERVER ERROR] Unexpected NetMessageType: Unused23"
"[SERVER ERROR] Unexpected NetMessageType: Unused29"

And people cannot build (sometimes they can, MOST of the time they cannot...)

I think my server is being Layer 7 attacked. My TS3 is being spammed and DDoSed everyday, because I recently had a very good peak of users in both Rust and TS3 servers, but now it's gone, I am having very few users because every error that can happen is happening... I mean, even if I am wrong about those messages and the users not being able to build being (an) attack(s), the servers are being attacked anyhow, don't get me wrong.

I don't know, but I'm getting the "flying spawn" bug with a less than 6000x6000 map, people cannot build, my server is still worldwide 19th in GT but it's been empty for 2 days and no hopes for a fix. Luckily today is supposed to be an update that will anyhow wipe all servers. Also hope those "big bugs" are finally sorted out.
