Unclaimed vehicles despawned, not respawning

Since the update on 2/5/2016 all the unclaimed vehicle frames have despawned and none have respawned since....Anyone else having this issue?

 

Hey dude - did you do a wipe with this update? Could you do the command:

rcon count roach; rcon count goat

... and let me know what it says?

 

Sorry I should have posted earlier, they have started to respawn again.
