Solved Unable to reload or add plugins

Updated Rust and Oxide this morning, noticed that I could not execute any commands via RUST admin. So I removed all plugins are tried adding them back one by one, I got the following error

Hello, i kind of have a problem with my basic oxide commands.
The /grant, /reload, ... doesn't work anymore
so i can't give my players rights.
