Fixed Unable to load PluginName. Primary constructor in main class must be public

Whats wrong? After updates when i'm trying to reload plugin this error happens:

Unable to load PluginName. Primary constructor in main class must be public.

And can't reload any csharp plugin... But when server loaded it seems like plugins loaded too.

 

We are aware of it and are currently looking into it.
