Trouble getting permissions to work

I am currently working on getting a Rust server up and going but am having trouble configuring some of the plugins that I have downloaded. I have scoured and read every article I can on the plugins I have downloaded but am still having trouble with permissions. I added the groups I wanted and the kits associated with those groups but am still unable to get a list of the groups with their permissions in Oxide.

perm.show group admin - show players with group admin and permissions assigned to admin

perm.show groups - show list of groups

perm.show user <name/steamid> - Show permissions and groups assigned to player

perm.show perms - Shows all permissons

Yeah. I am trying to get the VIP kits setup and the permissions allow for those groups. Along with bgrades. For some reason even as admin it won't let me use /bgrade in-game. When I looked at what permissions the VIP group had it showed they had most of the permissions for everything I currently have loaded.

 

Try adding yourself to the group assuming your group is called "VIP"

perm.usergroup add <name/steamid> VIP

If you also type

perm.show group VIP

That should show the permissions and who is assigned to the VIP group like the screenshot attached below.

Thank you. Got the kits finally perm'd to the proper VIP groups. So when i try to add /bgrade to any of the vip groups that I have it says the permission doesn't exist?
