Does anyone know the standard protocol for transferring a plugin to someone else? I no longer have the time to support the plugin HeliControl. I don't see any way to do this on my end, however I know there are precedents (ex. ZoneManager). I would like to transfer ownership to Shady757.

Pretty much just expressing permission, disappearing, or contacting an admin who can handle it.
I've gone ahead and transferred ownership to Shady757 per request. He can now submit updates for it.
