Tragetfps Can only go to 1000?

    loadbalancerframebudget xxx? What does this mean?

    You really don't need anywhere near that for FPS... your server CPU usage will skyrocket.

    CPU usage is only 10%-20% between. But FPS1000 always drops to less than 100.

    That's because it is the target FPS, not "guaranteed FPS." Bumping it up beyond 60-256 is generally unnecessary and just a waste of resources.
