Solved Tools that don't wear out

Maybe asking for an opinion on the best plug in for a particular function is frowned on ? anyway, I want the best way possible whether it be by a config file addition or a plug-in to keep the tools (ie, Hatchet, Pic axe) from wearing out.

Suggestions, ....... ?
