Toggle Fists Q Removes (or equips) item so that fists can be used. Saw this on the hurtworld wiki assuming it was a troll, or potentially something planned to be added in the game Keyboard Controls - Official Hurtworld Wiki
Hit Q and be like a friend i play with who tosses his gear on the ground. Never noticing it until he needs it again. lol. Be nice if we could bring our fists up. Punch a shigi!
