Solved Timed server advertisements

Hello,

When I had a CS:Source server there was a 'ads' plugin that would run text in chat every X minutes.

For example the chat would say "If you like our server, visit our website xx", and other text like this.

Is there a plugin for oxide that does this?

Let me know if anyone has any information.
