Timed explosive passing through terrain

Hi,
just 2 weeks ago, we start a mod server (Rust in Peace.net) .. today i notice that we have a strange bug with timed explosive charge. If you try to put a timed explosive on every terrain rocks, it will pass through completely.
The same is happening in the tarmac roads.

We have installed a lot of plugins on server, but apparently no one touching rules of explosive or something similar.

Does anyone has notice same bug? Any idea to resolve it?
