Did you make the "Mod" group? There is no default group called that, only moderator, admin, and player.

  12. I do not have a default, I do not use the default group, Example: grant group admin1 timeset.use

I didn't mention a "default" group, I said that the default groups that Oxide creates for Rust are player, moderator, and admin. These groups will exist unless you deleted them.
    Code:
    grant group admin timeset.use

  14. we have created a group for some people does not give permission for many new plugins is not the only plug-in that does not give permission

New players are only added to the 'player' group by default, you'd need to add them manually to any other groups. There is no issue with permissions that I am aware of, so you may want to check your setup.

  16. I have to add to the resolution of the group do not need to do it manually via the team members manually for each player to register a team is bad, it is not convenient for this and there are plug-ins to simplify, for example: 1.) Group add "admin1" 2.) grant group "admin1" timeset.use further provides for a time through the site, "addgroup Goldmaster "admin1" 14 d" plugin "Timed Permissions" why complicate every time for the registration of each player each resolution for a long time, you are not to be confused? Sitting with each team))) I'm sorry if we do not understand each other

I'm not sure what you are saying, but Oxide does everything it can to assign users to the default groups based on their auth level. Oxide cannot guess where you want to place users in any group other than those, that is all up to you. Any permissions you want to assign to a group of players or an individual is up to you, and not really complicated.

  18. oxide works well many plugins work well to add permissions to a group, this plugin does not work in my groups

What message do you get when you add it to the group using the grant command?
