Solved This doesn't appear to be a 64bit steamid

I made my self to Owner to my server, i logged offline and i logged back in
and my Owner got removed so i Write again my, Admin Pannel Ownerid <steamid> ''name'' ''Reason''
and it says This doesn't appear to be a 64bit steamid

How can i fix this?

Well it worked bfore i was OWNER and i logged out and
then it removed by hes Own for some reason

i put the commend back and i get this

 

Go to you profile on here Steam Community you will see the steam64id on the url it looks like you missed a few numbers there

i just Tryed again i did RemoveOwner ID

and i tryed back it worked now again,

run this
then server.writecfg
then relog if in game

Well where i see my Server.writecfg?

server.writecfg is a command you need to run in rcon
