There is no data folder

I recently updated my Rust server via SteamCMD, as well as my version of Oxide to the newest one. Now when I try to start my server, I get an error message that says the following:

Found path: /srv/rust/RustDedicated
There is no data folder

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 and I've never seen this before. I haven't been able to find any information on how to resolve it. Is there anything I can do to get my server running again?
