Any way this can be altered to allow a permission or feature that lets me give players one of these to start and set a specific skin for it?

Well, by "one of these to start" I'm assuming you mean starter kit or something, that's not really in the scope of this plugin. And in regards to the skin, Oxide is very limited in terms of choosing skins.

 

I noticed a spelling mistake in the lang file, Here is the edited version I made for my server (I added color and resized text to 14 from 12) (notem should be note)

 

can you add config and make it more then one or 2 or 3 time ?
