Rust Teleport naked via beds

I am not sure if this plugin already exists so apologies if it does.

Would someone be able to create a teleport plugin that lets you teleport between beds but not allow you to take any items/clothes with you?

If you have played ARK then that's the type of thing I am looking for.

• teleport via beds but not sleeping bags
• cooldown timer on the bed you have teleported to preventing teleport to it again for the set time but allow teleport from any owned bed with no timer.
• teleport naked. Any items you are carrying get dropped on the floor.
• maybe option to set a cost per teleport.
