Solved Teleport commands not working

The teleport console command no longer works for me or any admin on my server. I've tried every teleport command I could find on google and none work. Up until yesterday, 11/24/17, I've always used "teleport player player". All other admin controls are still functioning properly.

 

modded or none modded server?
using a plugin if so what plugin?

 

Modded server but no mods have changed. I use no plugins for teleportation or anything. Always used the console commands. The only thing I have done recently was a server restart to update my server description and play around with the "Kit" plug in.
[DOUBLEPOST=1511519351][/DOUBLEPOST]Plugins I use. Zones Manager could cause the issue if permissions aren't set right, but I triple checked that one, even got rid of it completely temporarily with a server restart, didn't help.

use this plugin for teleporting N Teleportation for Rust | Oxide it will allow players to teleport to each other but only if the other allows the tp

 

teleport "playername" "playername"
Rust now has teleport! Just type a partial name or full name.

I went ahead and got N Teleport plugin. Just weird how it the actual console command went away.
