Rust Team system

    Player joins server
    First time player ever connects to server they do not wake up * They are in spectate mode until they pick a team
    Teams are displayed in overlay in 3 large boxes; Team ,1 Team 2, Team 3
    Based on what team they pick they spawn to spawn points set manually.
