Switching to development branch?

before this problem occurred, i've been using this method all along to startup my server

i've been using this method to operate my server & its been fine all these while. but recently, not sure exactly when, i can't startup my server anymore, given that i did not change anything.
and everytime this 'starting navmesh build with 61780 sources' appears, my comp starts to lag heavily.
what can i do to change?


I've tried both +app_update 258550 -beta staging AND +app_update 258550 -beta prerelease validate +quit , but it doesn't seem to work('starting navmesh build with 61780 sources')

Because when i use +app_update 258550 -beta staging, the rust version remains the same as the latest version.
