Here a small suggestion.
I noticed that, when i try to help a player and chat with him. in normal chat, its hard to keep track of the messages, with /pm and then /r almost works not cause players keep Pm me .
i kinda thought about a seperate chat like the adminchat for support/help players.
This could go in different directions-
Player can use the chat everytime to call for help ( probably will causing spamm)
- Admins have permanent permission for that chat, if you want then to support a player u can take him into the chat with a command ( that then will hold for a certain time. or until u throw the player with a command out again) //
possible additions
like if in the chat, you can see the other players , also in the chat with ddraw notifiers.
