Stuck with "Building Blocked"

This may not be the place nor forum but any help is appreciated

I built what I wanted to , boxed it all in and forgot to add a TC so I knocked the roof out and with the remover tool still active I went to place a TC , Well that destroyed and put the TC back in my inventory but now I'm building blocked.

Anyone have any ideas as to why or what to do ?

2) do not respawn
3) disconnect
4) reconnect
