Solved Stuck "Viewing: Player" noclip

Hello,

Recently, ever since I added myself to the oxide group "Admin" I've randomly, while typing in chat, been no clipped, able to fly around the map, but unable to use chat, return to my player's body, or anything, until I reconnect. It tends to happen after about Five minutes, and I'm not sure what I've done wrong.

While "No clipped", whenever I hit spacebar, I see "Viewing: Pyromie" or another player on the server, as if I were spectating, but spectator mode does nothing for me.

Edit: It looks like I'm almost looking through a camera on Gmod, I can turn the camera, zoom in, and zoom out. Shift+L does nothing for me.

Any Advice?
