Stuck in "Connecting to Server"

Not really sure how this issue has come around as I simply logged off the night before with no issues and try logging in today and simply can't connect to the server. Tried using a back up of the permissions.cfg and even turned off the whitelist. Could this be something to do with the user files as I have had players bring issues of their character resetting cause of duplicated user data entries but never had to fix something like that since alpha 16.

 

Nevermind it was rejecting a VPN. Never happened before but seems to be a dogy i.p or something.
