Solved Strike system

Idea:
A plugin that gives admin the opportunity to give a player a "strike". When the player gets 3 strikes he or she gets a temp ban. When the player gets 3 strikes too often he or she receives a perm ban.

Example:
A player that gets caught griefing can receive a strike. When he or she logs in, she receives a message "You received one strike for: Griefing" , if he or she is currently online the message will also pop-up.
Once the player has 3 strikes, the player will get banned for (for example) 24 hours.
If the player received X-amount of perm bans they will convert the ban to a perm ban.

I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about I think this is a cool way (for admins especially) to cut down griefing and other stuff that's not allowed by server rules.
