SteamCMD can't connect to update

Im having this issue on the updater, the console.
Is giving me this error after do the Anonymous Login:

Connecting anonymously to Steam Public...Retrying. . .
Retrying. . .
Retrying. . .
Retrying. . .


and nothing more, disconnect.

What can be?

 

Steam is down or for some reason your ISP isn't able to connect to steam.
