I know this is Oxide and not Steam, but I can't get an answer from them. I'm hoping a member here may have a suggestion. I updated my server and everything looked perfect. Tried to jump on the game today with another member, and we are both getting the same error. Steam Auth Timout. and then get kicked. I have restarted the server several times. I'm at a loss to figure this out. I hope someone can help.
Solved Steam auth timeout (outdated)

Well, yes to everything except restarting my client. I will do that now.
[DOUBLEPOST=1460176203][/DOUBLEPOST]That didn't do anything unfortunately. Would a screenshot of the console help?
[DOUBLEPOST=1460178331][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh man, No, my server is not showing up in the search. geez. It was the history I was seeing it in. Sorry. So for some reason, I am no longer on Steam?
[DOUBLEPOST=1460224470,1460175179][/DOUBLEPOST]Ok, so apparently this is not me, but facepunch is having an issue on their own. I'm not the only one getting this error. Today it has turned into the
GameConfig: 503 Service Unavailable error. Good times...lol and their site down. yay -

[DOUBLEPOST=1460225083][/DOUBLEPOST]I just managed to log in but I can't load Oxide. Tells me the protocol is 1361 not 1364 and that I need a client update. -

Yes. Working fine. All I had to do was have the right build, and everything updated properly. Go figure. lol. What's weird is that it worked perfectly and kept updating perfectly with no problems until this last big update. Then everything went bad on me. The timing had me thinking it was the update. Turns out it was me. So Glad you figured it out.
