Rust Spawning static pump jack

I am an owner/manager of a rust server and was wondering if i could use anything (including plugins) to place down a static pump jack much like the ones at "Water Treatment" or "Train Yard". I saw an earlier post and tried using the oxide build plugin but I did not get the commands in game, i could only assume that was because the plugin was outdated.

Use Build plugin it works for me Or was not sure now cause I did nothing with it

 

yeah i installed it and i did /build and nothing

 

The pumpjack is an item and needs to be deployed by "/deploy <num>"
The list of those will listed in your console by "/buildhelp deployables"

but still, if i installed the plugin correctly which i'm sure i did, then shouldn't /build be a command anyways?

I cant check if /deploy works because my server box went *capoot* for the past 2 days but i should be able to check soon ;D
