Solved Spawning human NPCs?

Hey, I am looking for a plugin that allows me to spawn human NPCs (same as player model with no armor) with unlimited health that don't move. Also looking for a plugin that allows me to have unlimited ammo e.g don't have to reload. . Doing this as it seems like it would be the best way to practice recoil, I couldn't find any current servers that allow me to practice like this.
