Rust Legacy Spawn fenced areas / walls

Reneb, please tell me is it possible to make spawning structures such as a shed or a plant, or a fence around Small Rad Town, simply put is possible to create a plugin for spawn game textures "barrels"???

 

Well, if cars are spawnable, why barrels shouldn't But I think that spawning plants is not possible thing. It's hardcoded to map you can mod it from client, but can't mod it from server.You can spawn cars.... But not texture map

 

You can't spawn cars ^^
Like zombies they were removed from the client
