Spawn commands + spawn cooldown

Hi guys,

Do you know guys all available spawn commands ? i know that i can spawn roach sandstrom shigi bor tocar, but do you know other spawn ?

And i have a question how can i increase the spawncooldown 10s is too fast to raid ON.

To change the spawn rates you can use SpawnConfig for Hurtworld | Oxide
Then edit the config to your liking.
