1. With this recent update, 2 of our 3 servers no longer show up in the server list. 2 are modded, and one is vanilla with logging, etc. Everything was fine before, and the update process was the same for all servers, nothing else was changed.

All servers are connectable with client.connect, both modded servers have rustio and can be viewed from the website, even though rustio itself only returns 1 of the servers.

I've tried restarting the servers with the firewall completely disabled to see if that helps, nothing changes. The servers DO show up in history & favorites, and in the server list in steam, but not under the proper location (modded/community) in the in-game list. It's been a few hours of attempting to figure it out, and now I don't know what else to try.

Also, they are all on their own IP, and I tried using the same IP as the one that does show up, with a different port on a 4th (test) (vanilla - no oxide) server, and it didn't show up.

Any ideas what to try next?

  2. There is a problem with not exposing the server to the list since the update was made last Friday. I have recognized it as a problem simply by the server plugin, but the same problem occurs when I uninstall all of the plugins. So this time, I decided there was a problem with the server itself and asked the server provider, but neither was it. At this moment I have no idea what to do next.

  3. We are having the same problem with our server, now, after this last update. :s

  4. Seems to be a common issue popping up.

I cannot find my server in the list. Neither can many other players.

    Hosting server on fragnet.net

Any help would be much appreciated as we're losing players!

  5. Wait 24-48 hours if u started server few minutes ago.

  6. Our server was prepared on Monday and everyone was able to join. The new wipe seems to have done something to it.

Some can join through their friends. It's in history.

  7. Yeah it's something to do with the wipe. I restarted our servers until they all showed up. It seems pretty random. I noticed rustio will only show them if they're showing up on the in-game list

  8. Same. I've also got fragnet. Just put in a ticket with them.

  9. Was having the same issues. We have a huge VPS with multiple IPs and I found that rust was struggling to bind multiple servers to a single IP. Yes I used different ports. The thing is this was fixed after I bind each srver to their own IP. Not sure if this info is helpful.

  10. Any idea how to do that on a server hosted by a company like Fragnet?

I've forwarded on your message in my ticket.

  11. I've never worked with hosts. We have a VPS.

  12. Add "+server.secure true" to the command line/config and you should be all good.

  13. When you're low key glad it's finally happening to everyone else as well so maybe it'll actually get enough noise to be fixed

  14. Lets hope so.

Our big official launch has been a f***ing bomb!...

  15. That has been in our cfg/server.cfg file for a very long time already
All our servers run on 1 machine, different IPs already.
Yeah I couldn't believe nobody else had reported the issue on the reddit bug thread when I looked there... seems a few people have started noticing though.

  16. Made this and threw it around including Reddit a weeks back

  17. I've reported this this morning. Their response: (It makes me want to punch someone in the face)

  18. Really getting fed up.

Hours of work just totally feeling wasted. Along with a lot of cash on the server.

    No response yet from Fragnet.

  19. This isn't the fault of fragnet. This is facepunch not reading what people tell them.

  20. No no. Sorry I wasn't directing that at Fragnet. Was just adding not heard back.

At least they're trying to give us info.
