Some plugins not working (incomplete files)

Hello. Excuse my English. Plugin does not work on the server.
server reinstalled 2 times
It works only half plugins.
but on the other hosting all these plug-ins work.
when i want to configure por example "copypaste" i see message "uknown command"
what can be done?
