Snow plugin?

    Hi, someone on my friends list took a picture of a server that had snow? is this a plugin that i can donwload so it looks like it is snowing, would be epic also if there was one where the snow settled on the ground.

    There's no way to send new effects to the client, you can only use what already exists. If Rust has a snow effect in it or something similar to that, you could trigger it, otherwise there isn't any way that I know of.
