Hello, i need a plugin that will make players able to chenge the skin of a weapon or item. And i need it to use permissions, and a GUI so they do ex. /skin and it opens a chest and they drag the item in to it and it will show up wit all the skins and the player can just drag the item out with the skin he wants.
