1. How long does it usually take to get Oxide updated so it will load my mods again?

  2. Soon.
Update made oxide break in couple points, fixes and testings are needed before updating.

  3. I dont mind waiting at all, was just curious.
Thanks for the quick reply :D

Updates vary based on the amount of changes. This updated changed more than usual.

  5. Installed latest Oxide that was just released now char starts with no rock and no torch.

Oxide core doesn't touch any of that. Look to your plugins or Rust.

  7. Getting this message in the console...

    "New version detected!"
"no -autoupdate switch so not closing"

Any ideas what could cause that?

Do I need to add "-autoupdate" to my batch file?

  8. a new version lol.
don't use it at the moment as oxide didnt update yet so you will be in vanilla mod

  9. Dont get what you mean? What new version is it talking about?
I added -autoupdate to my batch file which did nothing.

Server seems fine now and not getting that spam.

That message means there is an update for the Rust server, and it was just telling you that it couldn't start the update because you didn't have autoupdate set. I wouldn't not recommend updating though until an Oxide build is available.
