Setting up VIP users?

How do I add VIPs to my server?
and how can I put a certain amount of items in a slot? why I try to put example 25 medkits I can not, I can for 1 or 100
And how caught bps? I am admin on my server but i can not get bp of any, please help me!

 

you as admin can get bp from the f1 menu
use the StackSizeController plugin
as to vip first make a vip group then you add the player to the group and give there char vip permission

How do I add a permission? type "vip"?

for when I want to add someone to a group asks permission just do not know where I put.

oxide.grant group vip vip
oxide.usergroup add NICK vip

I want to create "permission", no "group" vip.

 

You would need a plugin that uses the permission to added it only way I know of

when I added the autokit, everything worked out.
since when I went later add a new kit gave the error:
