Setting up server for achievements?

Is there a special way to set the server up so you can get the achievements on it? And do you not have to be admin to get them?

 

Yes there is a way but not sure if Facepunch want that on modded servers or non-official servers.
Not sure if they blacklist servers for it.
Also not sure if oxide want that posted on here. @Wulf
