Setting up automatic wipes for Linux?

Ive been wondering if there is a way to setup a command system in linux that will execute every X amount of days and it will delete the specific files needed to wipe the server, so say every wednesday at 8pm the server will automatically wipe without someone having to manually access all the files and delete them.

If this is possible would someone be able to help me with it; although i have knowledge in linux, i dont have the practical thought in order to think of a system like this.
