Setting up auto restart for a server?

Is there any one that is willing to share in details or could let me know if there is a good place to learn/howto on setting up a auto restart for windows based rust server. Wanting to know how to stop it and send chat to the server and then restart and then start it back up like every 6 hours or 12 hours.

Just looking for some help/direction or some howto's
