Solved Setting server language to Russian?

    how to set the language on the server Russian? What would being loaded plugins language folder of ru?

    You can change the default server language to Russian by using 'lang ru' in your server console or RCON. Keep in mind that any plugins and the core will only have Russian strings if they are already available for them, otherwise you'd need to create translations.

    this must be done each time the server is started or how it can be written in the configuration file?

    No, it's stored in Oxide's data files. Once you change it, it is set to that until you change it to something else.
