Setting day night cycle

I have been looking everywhere and can't seem to find any way to change the day/night cycle length. env.daylength doesn't work, any help?

 

It does'nt work by available commands, you need a plugin changing this.

 

What plugin should I use?

 

They are currently ALL outdated or not more supported
