Solved Server works Oxide does not (host issue)

Hello,
We've had our server since alpha 15, had no issues with updating oxide since then. On the new update alpha 17, oxide seems to not be loading up at all. Would i need to backup my plugins and just fresh install? That is about the only thing we have yet to try at this point! Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
