Solved Server won't start

I have setup and configured a rust server on Linux and I have done this all correctly and started the server up and it started up and worked! Then I installed Oxide and went and put some plugins into the plugins folder in Oxide directory but now the server wont start up and it says the user "rustserver" does not have access to this files and just doesnt want to start the server up? Anyone know why?
