Server won't start with plugins installed

So I got my server running just fine with oxide installed and everything, I know oxide is working because I can type /plugins and it says [oxide] and there are no plugins installed.
So when I put plugins in the Oxide/plugins folder then start the server nothing happens and the server will not start but then once I take the plugins out it works again. Someone please help me!

 

I have a similar issue, had all the plugins I wanted working fine and then added logs, then the server wouldnt restart, so took all the plugins out execpt logs and it starts just fine.
