Solved Server won't appear on server list

    I got rust server today from gameservers.com. 50 slot server hosted in Frankfurt DE. Problem is that i cant manual connect to server and i cant find server on server list. Also my friends cant find server on server list.

    My config file is :

    Anyway i can connect to Rust Admin rcon. I can see that is 50 slot server and the name of the server is the same as in config. I instaled oxide and update server and then restart server.

    I can also login in FTP. I copied plugins and cfg files from plugins from my old home server to the gameservers.com server.

    Now i cant even connect to Rcon

    Not likely the cause of the issue, but your server.headerimage needs to be the direct image, not a page showing the image. You can also remove +query_port and -load, those are not used.

    If the OP could connect via RCON (same IP set), then what was set for the server.ip is fine.

    I'd go back to setting the IP, you're not behind a router and if it was set as that by your host, it should be fine. Sometimes server listing takes a bit with Rust, if you can connect then I'd just wait a bit.

    One more question. If i connect to FTP i can see two maps /1329201 and /1329833

    My username is alse the same as second folder 1329833. Both maps have 2 maps called Bundles and ruste in first and rust and ruste in second. In second map is also oxide installed. Is this normal or i have too much maps in FTP?

    In my case with my IP I can connect RCON but Dont show on the list, just with 0.0.0.0 I can see srv on the list.

    If i try to connect manualy to server i get this :

    Thats not my server at all...

    You had a space between these two
    +server.ip 108.61.112.151 +server.port 28015
    apart from that cant see any problem have used gameservers myself in the past

    That's the default server that shows, it has nothing to do with your server. The only reason you see it as you didn't connect via the server list. If you can't connect manually though, the server is either not started fully or isn't accessible either because of binding or port.

    ok i wiped the server and reinstall it and now server works finally :D
