Server with these specs?

Hi will i be able to run a 100 slot server with these specs

32gb of drr3 ram

Intel Xeon CPU E5-2660 v4 @ 2.00 GHz

I would go to 3.2 GHz the rest is ok but you can half the ram

Well this is a new server , so it wont reach 100 people immediately , but id like it to be able to hold a maximum of 100.

i read this thread here , and it says that cpu performance cannot be directly measured by how many GHz a cpu has. Is this correct do you think?

Atleast 8GB, Maybe 16GB if you're looking at possibly upping the max slots later on or change the map to a bigger size.
An I7 CPU (Over 3.4GHz) would be better than a server grade CPU as Rust would not use all the cores, Also its cheaper!
if you go for a Server Grade CPU, Go for less cores (Min 2 Cores) but more GHz

I would go with someone like NFO servers for hosting

upgraded the Intel Xeon CPU E5-2660 v4 @ 2.00 GHz to a Intel Xeon CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10 GHz
