Server wiping when removing backup folder

When i remove the "Backup" folder my server is wiping after the next restart. why?

 

Maybe validate your files/update your files and ask your provider, if you are on managed hosting. But its not a common error/problem, sounds more like folder/oxide misconfiguration.
