Server wipe on restart after yesterday's update?

Anyone else have this issue? My server did NOT wipe right after I applied the update, but then DID wipe 12 hours later when it auto-restarted like it does every day. can't find anything about it in the error logs and it saved over all the backup saves while I slept. :-(
