Server trouble

I just created my own local server with oxide and I was wondering how I could use the item list (f2). If someone could explain that would be nice.

The item list is available to players you've set as owner or moderator. You can access the list via the F1 menu.

I tried doing ownerid multiple times and it still dosent work.
